Two brothers, Karbalayi Muhammad ʻAli and ʻAli Akbar, complain to the office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, against Fath al-Dawlah, who left his wife, the sister of these two brothers, and his child 15 months ago. Sharaf al-Muluk, wife of the deceased ʻAli Akbar Khan Sharaf al-Mulk Kurdistani and an heir of Muzaffar al-Saltanah, complains against Iʻtizad Divan for seizing the properties of Khan-i Kurdistani [her husband], which belongs to her and her children.

Documents regarding Liqaʼ Khanum
Mirza Abu al-Hasan, a citizen of the Ottoman Empire, whose children are in Kurdistan, died in Mecca. After his death, his wife, Liqaʼ Khanum married Shaykh Ibrahim, as a result of which, she lost custody of her children. Haji Muhammad, who is the executor of Abu al-Hasan's will, complains against Liqaʼ Khanum because she does not acknowledge the change of custodianship and has taken possession of properties that were in the hands of other guardians.

Petition from Zari, 1900
A telegram from Zari, the daughter of Haji Kasir Allah Khan Iravani and wife of Asad Allah Khan, a citizen of Russia, who complained to the Premier that since her arrival in Maku, her mahr, some money, and her dowry were confiscated by the heirs of Ishaq Pasha Khan and that ʻIzzat Allah Khan has attacked her house and intimidated her. She had complained to Nizam Al-Saltanah but that yielded no results. She has returned to Yerevan because her children were frightened.

Shawkat Khanum and her children are in despair and demand Muhammad Khan's return to his previous job in Kurdistan; a Majlis summary that notes she also demands her husband's seven months delinquent wage; and a letter from the Majlis to the Ministry of Justice asking for their attention.

Includes a letter from the Majlis to the Ministry of Interior urging them to investigate Qadam Khayr's complaint against Haji Mirza Abu al-Bashar who seized her belongings after her husband's death. In another letter, from the Majlis to the Ministry of Interior, with a letter by Qadam Khayr attached, she renounces the previous claims; instead, she aknowledges Hujjat al-Islam Abu al-Bashar's gracefulness and calls for the arrest of the person who forged the initial petition.

Complaint regarding mismanagement of the girls school in Kurdistan, 1929
Petition by Mahmud Zari‘ (farmer) from Hasan Abad to the Majlis warning about the waste of the budget and mismanagement in the Ministry of Education in Kurdistan, especially the recently founded girls school, Shahpur, managed by Khanum Ardalani. He claims that with this education system, the girls in Kurdistan eventually become prostitutes.

Includes a telegram by ‘Itimad al-Saltanah from Urumiyah to Amir Nizam, noting that a guard has been assigned to the residence of Shaykh ‘Abid Allah Nihri's wife in order to find their hiding sons, Qadir and Sadiq; and a response from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs commanding negotiation with the Ottomans in order to punish the Shakkak clan and arrest Shaykh Qadir and Sadiq Aqa as their hiding place in the Ottoman territories has been identified.
